A special day in December to break away from the hectic pace of the holiday season and year-end busyness so many of us enounter.

Join us for our last Stillness Retreat of 2023, as we gather around the theme of Light in the Darkness. We will have opportunities for quiet reflection, sharing of stories, writing, reading, creating in our art room, and simply being. At noon, we will have meditative time with Judy playing flute for us, followed by a delicious lunch and more activities in the afternoon.
