In these moments of COVID-19, racial unrest, and our lives being turned upside down, is it possible to know joy? Should we even seek joy? Joy is essential to the spiritual life. Joy is the experience of knowing that you are unconditionally loved and that nothing can take that love away.

Retreat Guide Rev. Dr. Clay Brantley and Music Leader, John Mark Solomon will lead us as we explore joy:

• How joy is not the same as happiness but something alive in the midst of pain

• How joy is essential for the fruit we want to bear; and,

• How joy is a choice that we must make.

• This will be a joy-filled retreat.
