Whether you are new here, have been around for some time or have been here from the beginning, you probably know that our community is made up of passionate individuals like pastors, spiritual directors, counselors, artists, writers, contemplatives and others committed to finding and nurturing their true self with the hope and prayer that we might bear more spiritual fruit and love in a world that can be challenging, especially lately.

We are excited to participate in Communities Foundation of Texas’ North Texas Giving Day on Thursday, September 22, 2022! This online giving event is dedicated to supporting more than 3,000 local nonprofits who work to cultivate our community.

Help us kick off this week of giving by joining us for an open house at Retreat House Spirituality Center (110 Mimosa Drive in Richardson) on Saturday, September 17 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Celebrate the ministry of Retreat House, learn about programs and enjoy community and refreshment! No need to RSVP.

Rhythm of day:

10 a.m. - Welcome and blessing

10:15 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Art Room open for contemplative painting

10: 15 - 2 p.m. - Walk the labyrinth with guided flute meditation and prayer

10:15 - 2 p.m. - Pause to pray with the Faith and Grief Memorial Arch

2 p.m. - Closing prayer with our travelling Faith & Grief Travelling Arch

House guides will be available to answer questions about becoming a Retreat House partner as well as the many programs offered at Retreat House. Learn more about our House of book series, how to donate and enjoy and experience the spirit of the house!

We need your help to reach our goal of $40,000! We have a received a pledge for a matching gift of up to 20K! This means if we can raise $20K in individual gifts, we have the potential to raise a total of $40K. Would you consider donating to Retreat House!
