Sunshine practice

Sunshine makes you happy - sunlight cues particular areas in the retina, which triggers the release of serotonin.

Head outside or to a window where you can feel the sun’s radiance.

Close your eyes and allow the sun to warm your face, arms and hands.

The World Health Organization recommends doing this practice for 15 minutes, 2-3 times weekly.

Make sure you use sunscreen.
