Humming practice

Did you know that while you are humming, you are also boosting your immunity, reducing your blood pressure, and improving the health of your nervous system?


Take time to find a position seated or standing that is aligned and comfortable.

Inhale a full breath and low hum as you exhale. Pause and let the next inhale come naturally. Repeat this however many times feels best.

Rest and notice how your body feels.
