A Rule for Life is a covenant agreement with God that creates some structure around an intentional relationship with the Holy.
Each year, when I update my rule for life, I see places where my focus and attention on the Holy led to a greater awareness of the presence of the Holy Spirit. I see connections and invitations that I would likely miss if I did not take intentional time to focus on this covenant.
Whether you are creating a Rule for Life or updating one from a previous time, you are welcome to join this online workshop.

Engaging with the Examen prayer
Sitting with and listening to desire emerging
Inviting a word, phrase, scripture and/or image to guide the process

Instruction will be given the first 30 minutes of each workshop.
Closing with the sharing and blessing of our Rules of Life will occur in the last 30 minutes of each workshop.
Your Rule for Life is never complete. It is a living document for a living relationship with the Holy One. You may wish to attend one, two, or all three days.
