I am a compassionate listener and an encourager of souls. I would love to walk alongside you on your journey of faith and freedom. My training includes the Spiritual Direction Program at SMU, Perkins School of Theology. This program nurtured and encouraged me, and I want to share my gift of spiritual companionship with you. I am also currently enrolled in the Association of Nature and Forestry Therapy guides program. This program is teaching me the scientific evidence and language around what I have known and loved my whole life. That God has given us everything we need and being in nature is healing.

The Retreat House Community holds a special place in my heart. I love everything about the house and the community that gathers there. I walk the labyrinth for my own spiritual practice and look forward to sharing walks with the Retreat House Community through Circle.
