Mexican Fiesta Salad - For a crowd!

Ingredients:

Chili:

4 lbs ground beef, browned

3 large onions (chopped)

3 - 15oz cans tomato sauce

1 - 30oz can Ranch style beans

4 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

5 tsp cumin

5 tsp salt

Brown beef in a large Dutch oven with onions. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. 

Fiesta ingredients:

1 - 48oz bag Fritos, crushed

6 cups cooked rice

Chili

2 onions (chopped)

2 heads of iceberg lettuce (chopped)

8 tomatoes (chopped)

Guacamole

32 oz slice ripe black olives

16 oz shredded cheddar cheese

3 cups chopped pecans

3 cups coconut milk 

16 oz sour cream

16 oz jar picante sauce

Layer on a large plate and the ingredients, listed in order.
