No Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas

2 stalks celery, chopped

2 T sweet pickle, finely chopped

1-2 Tbls vegan mayo or combine the following:

1 tbls soy sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbls Tahini

1 tbls fresh lemon juice

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. 

Smash chickpeas with fork or masher. Add remaining ingredients.
